StemGen’s research activities are mainly carried out in the facilities based at the Bicocca campus of the University of Milan. The StemGen laboratories offer state-of-the-art facilities and expertise in primary cell culturing, tissue banking and analysis, flow cytometry, molecular biology, and advanced mouse models of human brain cancer.

Additionally, StemGen operates a lab situated in the premises of the Neurosurgery Department of the “Agostino Gemelli” hospital in Rome for immediate delivery of cancer tissue specimen.
